🛠 מדיניות ביטולים לסדנאות צורפות 🛠
אנחנו לגמרי מבינות שלפעמים תוכניות משתנות – החיים מלאים בהפתעות, וגם לנו חשוב להיות גמישות ונעימות ככל האפשר.
יחד עם זאת, סדנה שמתבטלת בהתראה קצרה יוצרת אובדן הכנסה ממשי, מאחר שלרוב לא ניתן להספיק ולמלא את המקום במשתתפת אחרת בזמן כה קצר.

סדנאות בימים ראשון עד חמישי:
- ביטול עד שבוע לפני הסדנה – החזר כספי מלא
- ביטול בין שבוע ל-24 שעות לפני הסדנה – החזר של 70%
- ביטול פחות מ-24 שעות לפני – לא יינתן החזר
סדנאות בימי שישי:
- ביטול עד שבוע פני הסדנה – החזר מלא
- ביטול בין שבוע לשלושה ימים לפני הסדנה – החזר של 50%
- ביטול פחות מ-3 ימים מראש – לא יינתן החזר
חריגים:
במקרה של צו מילואים או פרוץ מלחמה – תינתן אפשרות לדחות את הסדנה למועד אחר, ללא עלות.
ℹ️שימו לב: שינוי מועד הסדנה נחשב כביטול, ולכן חלים עליו אותם תנאים.
🛠 Workshop Cancellation Policy 🛠
We totally understand that sometimes plans change – life happens, and we truly try to be flexible and accommodating.
However, last-minute cancellations often result in a real loss of income, as there’s usually not enough time to fill the spot.
Workshops held Sunday–Thursday:
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the workshop – full refund
- Cancellation 7 to 1 day before the workshop – 70% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the workshop – no refund
Friday workshops:
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the workshop – full refund
- Cancellation 7 to 3 days before the workshop – 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the workshop – no refund
Exceptions:
In the event of a military reserve call-up or the outbreak of war, you will be allowed to reschedule the workshop free of charge.
ℹ️Note: Rescheduling is considered a cancellation and is subject to the same terms.
